Welcome to the home of affordable tennis in Wallington.
Anyone can enjoy the benefits of joining Wallington Tennis Club, which gives local families the opportunity to enjoy playing informal tennis at a reasonable price and encourages members to improve their tennis skills by joining lessons provided by the club’s coach, Paul Weaver.
Membership is open to anybody who wishes to play tennis or for members of their family to play tennis. Membership even includes social membership of Wallington Sports Club. There are two hard courts with floodlighting located next to the clubhouse and now also two grass courts. Members may play anytime as they are given the padlock codes for the main gate and tennis courts.
On the History page, you will see a few shots of the resurfacing process which our courts underwent recently. We now have new fencing in addition to the perfect new playing surface which has been painted and weatherproofed in the WSC colours. Our sincere thanks go out to Sutton Youth Service for their help in funding our improvements, without the grant we would never have been able to afford these beautiful courts.
Our two grass courts are a new addition, and our coach Paul Weaver has been working very hard to cultivate a decent playing surface for use this year, but more importantly going forward to next year and beyond. The foundations have now been laid and we will be reaping the benefits from now on.
